Is this a hospital or an urgent care?
Neither. Prestige ER is a licensed freestanding emergency room — the same clinical standard as a hospital ER, but without admitted inpatients. We treat life-threatening and time-sensitive emergencies 24/7 with board-certified ER physicians. Urgent care is for minor issues; we handle the serious ones.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept Medicare, in-state Medicaid, and most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, Humana, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. We’re also a VA-Authorized Urgent Care Provider for veterans. If you don’t see your plan listed, our full insurance list is on our site, or call us before your visit and we’ll confirm.
How much will my visit cost?
Cost depends on your insurance and what’s needed during the visit. We accept Medicare, in-state Medicaid, and most major plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, Humana, Aetna, Cigna, and United. If you’re paying out of pocket, our self-pay pricing is posted online. We’ll review estimated costs with you before treatment.
